Management change at Forma Futura

Since 2006, Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter has managed Forma Futura, the specialist in sustainable asset management that she co-founded. She is now handing over the company to a new management team. Larissa Jäger, previously ambassador and client advisor, and André Utzinger, who was already a member of the previous management team as COO, CFO and head of compliance, will together take over the chairmanship of the executive board.

After around 18 years of successful development, Forma Futura is ready for a generation change. The newly formed executive board, co-chaired by Larissa Jäger and André Utzinger, will be joined by Alice Balmer, head of sustainability research, Walter Hättenschwiler, head of private clients and foundations, and Christian Odermatt, head of portfolio management, who has been a member of the executive board since 2023.

The founding partners Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter and Christian Kobler will remain with the company: As members of the board of directors and as core shareholders, they will continue to actively shape the strategic direction of Forma Futura and support the company with their many years of experience. Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter will also continue to maintain contact with customers as a customer advisor.
